The White Hart in Somerton is an award-winning 16^th century coaching-inn. It has a bar with fantastic regional ales and ciders, comfy leather sofas and wood burners. Its restaurant is airy and charming serving local dishes from Tom Blake, formerly head chef at River Cottage.

In summertime visitors can eat and drink in the large suntrap garden. Upstairs are eight swish bedrooms with super-comfy beds and lovely antique finds. Dogs are always welcome and can stay the night. The White Hart is part of boutique hotel and pub brand Stay Original.
