Job Title: Assistant Head of Shows
Team / Department: Show Team

First and foremost, which do you prefer – Tea or Coffee?
Tea

What is your earliest memory of the Royal Bath & West Show?
About 9 years old, watching my Dad Morris Dance on what used to be the Village Green and getting scared on the big wheel!

Any Hobbies?
Knitting, sewing, paragliding, skiing, hiking, paddle boarding…

If you could go back in time, where would you go?
The 1920’s. Would love to be a flapper girl at some lavish parties!

What would be your career highlight?
Can I have three?! 😊 Firstly, working for the Great Dorset Steam Fair for six years. It is the biggest event of its type in the world and is a truly unique event which I would urge everyone to go to. I will never forget the smell of a Steam Engine! Secondly, in my role at the Bath & West, organising the Field To Food Learning Day to accommodate 1,500 key stage two children each year. Such a fun, happy and rewarding event to organise. Thirdly, being promoted to Assistant Head of Shows at the Bath & West, working alongside Head of Shows, Alan Lyons.
