Quality, award winning sausages and burgers are made on the premises too.

We offer our customers fine quality meats of outstanding flavour, carefully prepared in the on-farm butchery. To achieve meat that is both lean and full of flavour, we believe in the use of natural and sustainable farming methods; livestock that mature very slowly, be they primitive breeds or farmed wild animals; and the importance of hanging meat on the bone to develop flavour and tenderness.
