The Showering offers 2,787sqm (30,000sqft) on two levels. The ground floor offers an area 1,858sqm (80,000sqft) of pillar free space, whilst the balcony 929sqm (10,000sqft) is accessed by six stairways and there is an access gate for items to be placed on the balcony by forklift. Also on the balcony there is covered access to the Showering Suite.
Permanent trade suites are located beneath the side balconies. Although not available for general use, these may be hired from time to time. An organisers office, complete with telephones, is also available. (Use of the telephones for external calls is at additional cost).
