Sponsors: The Michael Wheatland Memorial Trust & Western Power Distribution
The Michael Wheatland Memorial Trust was established to promote farm safety following the death of Michael Wheatland by an overturning tractor age 16. This accident could have been prevented with a little knowledge on safety. The Trust aims to stop unnecessary killing and maiming on British farms but also now works in partnership with other organisations at The Bath and West Show to educate visitors on safety in many other areas.
