Lower Withial Farm is no longer a working farm, so feel free to explore its 33 acres of grounds and enjoy stunning views across the Vale of Avalon to Glastonbury Tor.

As well as fabulous views and wonderful solitude, the Farm is a great place to see wildlife. As well as the ducks on the large pond, deer and pheasants are regular visitors - and at the right time of year, the amazing natural phenomena of mass starling roosts can be seen

Comfortable Glastonbury Festival Accommodation, & for Bath & West Showground events.

The Bothy at Manor Farm is an excellent base within easy reach of Glastonbury and Wells. The accommodation comprises a detached studio for up to 2-3 people in the garden of our house in Sticklinch, a hamlet located between Pilton and West Pennard.

The Bothy, which is a detached single-storey barn with its own entrance, has recently been refurbished and equipped to provide good comfortable accommodation.

The Cottage

Hot off the press; from late May 2013, the ‘Cottage at Manor Farm' will become available to rent. (sleeping four people) The cottage is attached to the end of Manor Farm. There are two bedrooms (1 twin, 1 double), each with bathroom/WC. Downstairs there is a kitchen with all the standard appliances; also a good sized sitting room, with a woodburner.

At the rear of the cottage there is a terrace, leading out to a lawned garden with tree/flower borders; in addition a back gate. At the front of the property there is open access to the remainder of Manor Farm's large garden/beautiful views. There is ample parking.

The cottage can be taken independently or in tandem with the Bothy - the latter allowing a party of up to 6/7 to stay at Manor Farm.

The Cottage is let available on a self-catering basis, and will be available for rent from late May 2013.

Rates/periods also TBA, but we plan to be flexible, to suit the holiday maker.
