WHY CALL THEM 'MARINE'?
If you are going to use a binocular on a boat, then you may as well use one designed for it! Too much power, and you'll have trouble holding them steady (don't forget you are on the water) - and not
enough light gathering will lose detail in poor light.

Specificaly designed for 'hard' use, these
are really built to last - even under the toughest conditions. They enable to you to see detail extremely clearly, even on the worst of days without having to worry about 'looking after' them! And if you've left them in the cockpit
throughout winter - no problem, they won't go mouldy and they won't mist up!

7X POWER gives an
extremely stable and wide angle image- essential for quick and comfortable use
on water - and the 50mm lens diameter collects a huge amount of light -(much, much more than normal unaided vision) - brilliant for 'difficult'

CENTRE FOCUS -
most waterproof sealed heavy duty binoculars are EYEPIECE focus (mainly because
they are easier to manufacture) They take two hands to use, and can be a bit
fiddly to adjust. These binoculars are centre focus, which, although harder to manufacture, are much more convenient and easier to use, as one adjustment with one hand, quickly focuses for both eyes at the same time.

BAK-4 PRISMS - Ultra
high performance which give a very high contrast image (especialy in dull conditions) and superb edge definition. Detail is extremely clear and sharp, and an even wider angle of view then normal for this size binocular - subjects can be identified instantly, even in very poor conditions!

COMPLETELY WATER SEALED
- dropped them in the drink? No problem, just hook them back in again - THEY FLOAT and come with a floating strap! (It's also a superb technique for practising high speed jibes!)

NITROGEN FILLED
Condensation can be a problem when going from warm to cold, as in taking them out of the cabin on a cold day. Nitrogen does not hold moisture so will not mist up, you can happily take them out in cold or winter conditions with no worries
whatsoever!
