Herdwick Mutton Stew

Shaun’s family have farmed the fells above Watendlath for generations. Their lithe Herdwick sheep run wild on the top for most of the year, grazing on herbs and hill top vegetation. These rare breed sheep make wonderful mutton. We are so lucky to be able to obtain it from him.
