Our bacon, traditionally cured and smoked, contains no added water and has a reasonable amount of ‘cooking fat’. This allows the lean meat to retain its best flavours and crisp up in a way that has been lost with modern mass produced bacon.

The quality of our rare breed beef and our lamb is likewise superb, with a wonderful subtle, traditional flavour to it.

Our Estate game and game products, on sale when in season, are carefully selected for the tenderness of the venison and the flavour and plumpness of the birds.
