This meat has a low level of cholesterol and is exceptionally juicy and tender. The anatomy of the crocodile is similar to that of a bird and therefore similar in taste to chicken and turkey. It can be prepared in the same manner and is ideal for barbeques, roasting or grilling. Crocodile has quite a natural taste and it is recommended that flavouring is used.
