Wessex Rural Alianza Don Pepe is living proof of the mark that his sire Wessex Rural Alianza Wiracocha stamps on his progeny and he, in his turn, has had on three years of progeny in Peru. A Plantel macho from a sire and dam that are still producing fibre below 24 microns in their teens, Don Pepe demonstrates the elite genetics found in Rural Alianza's Plantel stud lines. His heavy solid frame carries a highly organised and advanced fleece. His fibre is all you expect from a Plantel macho at the top of Rural Alianza's 43,000 strong herd. His fleece is extremely fine, dense, and uniform. The deep bold crimp runs evenly along the staple, throughout the blanket and well into the apron. The whole fleece shows high lustre and very little medulation. Wessex Rural Alianza Don Pepe has the style and fibre characteristics to really impact and advance the alpaca industry for years to come.
