Olives & Storage
There are various ways that the olives can be stored such as:
* In the fridge
They should happily keep 2-3 weeks as they are (if they need to).
* In the freezer
Just put them in the freezer in their little pots. When the time comes to eat them, take them out, defrost, job done. We've tried it for a couple of months and they come out just fine.
* Cover in oil
Handy if you don't have a freezer. Just cover them in oil (you may want to transfer them into a jar) and they keep for months, they don't even have to be in a fridge. NB. The oil may influence the flavour of the olives.
