Our delicious fudge is hand made in Yorkshire following a traditional recipe, where the fudge is beaten with a wooden spoon to produce that wonderful crumbly texture. We stock only the best fudge from the Burnt Sugar Sweet Company, who are constantly developing new flavours. At present you can choose from Natural Vanilla, Clotted Cream, Rich Chocolate, White Chocolate, Maple Walnut and traditional Scottish tablet.
