Pure Fruit Sorbet
The Spring.
Rookbeare has always been a farm since before the days of Domeday. The spring that supplies the farm's water is renowned for its sweetness.
The same principles apply to sorbet as the ice cream. Use only the best, freshest, most local ingredients you can.
We make syrup with out own spring water, unrefined cane sugar and citrus pectin. This is then frozen as a sorbet with fresh lemon juice and pure fruit pulp.
Nothing else is added.
