The Jersey Cow could have been invented by an ice cream maker.

The milk is a third creamier than ordinary milk. Even the cream is richer in proteins, vitamins, trace elements and minerals than regular double cream.

Only the freshest Jersey milk is used to make the ice cream base, together with Jersey double cream, local free range eggs, unrefined cane sugar and skimmed milk powder. And that’s all. No emulsifiers, stabilisers, or additives of any description.
