The prosciutto or Italian air-dried wild boar ham is excellent as part of a tapas style starter to a meal, with crusty bread and a robust red wine. From the same region of Italy, San Daniele, we import wild boar salami. Our ostrich is marinated and smoked traditionally, serve thin slices with a creamy scrambled egg and wild mushrooms.
