Our distinctive sausages have a coarse cut meaty texture and a consistently good flavour. We use high quality meats and natural skins giving a succulent sausage when cooked. They are special enough to serve for dinner with friends, or just as an everyday change for all the family. Popular with children too, we receive comments that they enjoy the meatiness.

The wild boar and herb sausage is very popular (winning a Gold in 1999 and Bronze in the 2002 Great Taste Awards) and is made with a blend of sage, thyme and rosemary. Sausages are packed as 6 in a 450g pack(about 1 lb). They are individually frozen before packing and come with their distinct label. You can easily take two or three out of the pack, if you want, and leave the rest in the freezer. Perfect for stocking up the freezer.
