Terms & Conditions for Royal Bath & West Show 2023 Golden Tickets
1. The Royal Bath & West Show takes place at the Bath & West Showground in Shepton Mallet on
Thursday 1, Friday 2 & Saturday 3 June 2023.
2. Each Golden Ticket allows entry to the Royal Bath & West Show 2023 for:
– 2 x Adult
– 2 x Children
3. Visit https://bathandwest.yourticketbooking.com/events/royalbathandwestshow to redeem your ticket.
4. Enter the unique code on the back of the ticket to claim your free ticket
5. Your free ticket to the Royal Bath & West Show must be redeemed in advance of the Show
6. You have until 3 June 2023 to redeem your free ticket
7. The Golden Ticket cannot be used on the gate at the Show
8. Your Golden Ticket is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
9. Ticket Insurance is not available to purchase with the Golden Ticket
10. Golden Tickets can be found in Barbers Farmhouse (Ditcheat), Bath and Biscuits (Bath), Charlotte England Art, Charltons Timber Store (Frome), Hall and Woodhouse (Blandford), Harpers Feed Store (Holsworthy), Thorner’s of Somerset (Shepton Mallet), Lilley’s Cider (Frome), Lucy’s Farm (Swanage), Mole Valley Farmers (Frome, Yeovil and Bridgwater), RECO JCB (Gurney Slade), Salcombe Dairy (Salcombe), Slouchy, Wemouth 52 (Weymouth) and Hannsh’s Willberry Wonder Pony.
11. Golden Tickets will also be part of Social Media Giveaways, with partnered companies. Winners will be asked for their address so the ticket can be posted to them.
12. Please keep your Golden Ticket safe. We will not be responsible if your Golden Ticket is lost, stolen, or
destroyed. Refunds will not be made on lost or unused tickets.
13. The Royal Bath & West Show reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or
permanently, this Golden Ticket with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including,
without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected, or actual fraud).
14. Winners who claim their Golden Tickets shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
