Twitter in the Farmyard for Beginners comes to AMES
If you resolved to find out more about Facebook and Twitter for your business, or to set up your own blog this year, then look no further than the AMES Agricultural Machinery Show at the Royal Bath and West Show on 12th February.
Where you can book in for one of the 1hr bite-sized workshops coached by Twitter in the Farmyard's spokesperson and AgriChatuk Co-Founder Simon Haley. Benefitting from subsidised funding from DEFRA through the Rural Skills Framework, via Vicky Anderson Training, the workshops are a beginners level introduction to social media, starting with simple steps such as; how to set up your own accounts, how to connect with others in the industry, and how to use Twitter, Facebook and YouTube to promote your business.
It's not necessary to own a smart phone or tablet to join in the workshops, as Simon will demonstrate how it's all done, but it would be great if you wanted to bring your own device and join in.
